Transfer done! Some questions...

Had my FET today and transferred two high quality embryos Chat Icon The nurse didn't really give me any instructions when I left, except to continue my meds. I know to take it easy today, but is there anything else I should/shouldn't be doing? And when is the earliest you've tested prior to beta?

I did IVF with DD, but it's been three years so I can't remember.

Re: Transfer done! Some questions...

Don't pick up/lift anything heavy, including your DD. I basically stay on the couch all day and chill, and only get up to go to the bathroom. DH waits on me hand and foot like I'm on bedrest Chat Icon

I just had my FET transfer yesterday and I'm taking it easy today and still not lifting DS. I will resume normal activity tomorrow. HTH!

Good luck!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Transfer done! Some questions...

I rested the day of the transfer and the day after. I was told not to lift anything heavier than 10 ponds, no sex, no baths, and no hot-tubs.
Good luck!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
