Are you sure it was your bloody show? Your title says you "think" it was - when I had mine, there was a giant (walnut-sized?), alien-looking thing in the toilet (sorry TMI) and there was no doubt about it!
It was like a bloody/mucusy glob...and staining since. Pretty positive it was it. Have not spotted at all this entire pregnancy even w/internals.
It could also be more mucus plug or a new one if you're old one left awhile ago. I had mine about 2hrs before I had her, but was well into my 20th hr of labor. For me it was BLOODY. Like bright red, no doubt if it was mucus or show. I have also delivered 3 babies and at all 3 the bloddy show was bright red.
I agree.
My bloody show was like my period coming. I had to put on a pad and everything. The bleeding didn't stop either and was a good flow, not just staining or spotting.
