when to call doc - spotting
I know some spotting can be normal but when do you call the doc? I'm 8 weeks 3 days. I had some very light brown spots around week 6. Now, this past sat it started again but today it is heavier. It's brown and today I need to change my liner (sorry,tmi)
Do you think I should go to the doctor? I don't have cramps or any other symptoms.

My dr. said to call if I ever saw blood. It sounds normal to me since its brown and you have no cramps but if I were you I'd call just to be safe. Im sure you're fine though

Its normal especially that early and brown blood is old blood so thats fine.
I had brown spotting throughout 1st trimester and I called almost weekly - my dr/his office team was always patient and reassuring - I got extra sonograms because of it just to be on the safe side.
