dressing up to eat out
I want to dress up for a fancy dinner for my bday this year. any suggestions of where to go?
i realize that most places in the city - even the fancy ones- not everyone gets dressy, not even going to a show.
so where can i go that everyone is dressy?

I feel like if you go to any nice upscale restaurant in the city - you will find many people dressed up. Not in evening gowns, but generally dressed nicely.
That being said, you could try somewhere like Daniel. Or any restaurant that requieres the men to be in Jackets will tend to have more dressed up people. :)
