Re: Las Vegas Restaurants
The Eiffel Tower restaurant is supposed to be really good, as well as Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris hotel too. Both have great views of the Bellagio fountains. Also Red Square in Mandalay Bay is supposed to be good. These are all restaurants that I researched before going, but we never ended up going too lol. But they get rave reviews.

Delmonicos is a very good steak place. The Burger Bar is a delish burger joint - they have tons of toppings available to choose from.

Re: Las Vegas Restaurants
I posted the same on your Dining In or Out thread.....
The Steakhouse in Camelot (Excalibur hotel) is really good.
Delmonico's (this is Emeril's restaurant) in the Venetian is also very good; it is a la carte and pricey. I celebrated my anniversary there.
Rio has the Carnival Buffet which is very good. They also have the Village Seafood Buffet which is great if you like seafood.

Mon Ami in Paris was really really good. It's directly across from the Bellagio fountains, so you have an awesome view, especially at night.

Re: Las Vegas Restaurants
Not sure exactly what you are looking for. If you mean nice romantic nice fun, etc. We had a blast at Margaritaville, it's a lot of fun but not romantic. We loved the seafood buffet at the Rio. A bit pricy and a little far away but well worth it if you like seafood.
