that was $369 - they just dropped the price.
its been on the market for at least 2 months, someone might be able to get a good deal.

Its in the part that is south of 347, where wireless road is. I think technically its centereach, but since its 3 village schools they call it south setauket.
There is another one in the area for $369. prices seem to be coming down over there.

oh- ok I know- it's not really Setukaet
but you get to go to 3 Village schools- and it was one of the nicer houses I have seen under $400K
my Dad has had a lot more people looking at is house- he is close to an offer- people are coming back again
he dropped 10%- so I would use that as neg. to get these people to do that also

nice house, good SD, to the people in the SD it is considered the less desireable area to live in. Although it is still a very nice place to live. I am going to look into it
