If you recently converted to gas
What are the rules with this? I live down a very long driveway and at different times I've called to convert and they said to bring the line from the street it would be $30k. Really??
I guess my driveway is about 150ft from the street. My neighbor on one side had it done and they brought it right to her house n/c.
It cost her about 8k with the new equipment total.

Re: If you recently converted to gas
Found out the first 100 feet are free. They say it has to go 225ft to reach my house. 9K just to bring the line in.
They gave me the number of the sales rep so I can arrange an actual site inspection.
What are the costs of the boiler and plumber generally?
Can someone give me some info about their conversion?
TIA!
