help me with dinner tonight
Yesterday we bbq'd a nice big london broil so there is plenty leftover. I'm going to serve the left over steak over a big salad. Any ideas of what I can add into the salad to make it extra yummy......other than the usual tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.....?

Sometimes I add mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese.
Othertimes i like sundried tomatoes and feta or chunks of fresh mozerella. and calamata olives.
ETA: you could aslo try adding coconut encrusted grilled chicken pieces and do a honey mustard dressing

i love steak on a salad with either goat cheese, blue cheese or gorgonzola, balasamic vinegarette, craisins, mandarin oranges and candied pecans!!! YUM!!!!!
oh and croutons and cucumber for some crunch!
