Leftover chili

make nachos!!!!!! warm it, spread over a tray of chips, with cheese, olives, salsa, etc and back off until melted. top with sour cream and guac!

Chili Cheese Hotdog
get some polenta, put it on the bottom of a casserole dish. top w/ chili, then cheese. bake to warm

It would be good on top of a baked potato with sour cream and cheese! Making my mouth water right now.
I made a recipe once that was chili over spaghetti squash. It was tasty, healthy, and really filling.

Taco baked potato is on of my go to's as well...also chili freezes very well
