What does Trader Joes compare to price wise?

What does Trader Joes compare to price wise?
Cheap, expensive? Im on a major lifestyle health kick, and need to buy better healthier things. How are their prices? And what do you rec? Im not a chicken/turkey burger person, and do not eat any seafood

I find they have good prices on specialty things. Like decent cheap beer, great prices on olive oil, special salts, those types of things. Frozen food variety is excellent and the prices are normal. I can't do a full shopping there - it is more for special things in my opinion. It is a lot cheaper than whole foods, but whole foods has more as far as produce and meats and fish goes. Its hard to compare it to something.

I find their produce to be much cheaper than most everywhere else, along with their spices and specialty items. Their organics are definitely cheaper than everywhere else. I always make my list and go to TJ's first, whatever I can't get there I go to Whole Foods to finish up my shopping.

I don't find the prices bad and I'm self-admittedly cheap.
Go check it out one day and browse. Maybe pick up an item or two and see what you like. You will become addicted..!
