East Coast Fertility
Perhaps I am just going crazy because of the hormones but I am just wondering what East Coast Fertility, LI IVF and the Center for Reproductive Fertility is like. I have only heard that LI IVF and RSONY seem very very busy (Mineola location). What I mean is they have been so busy that there has been a lot of miscommunication. Please FM if you prefer to and give me your feedback on these places. Thank you

Re: East Coast Fertility
i recently started seeing Dr. Brenner at LI IVF @ Lake Success office and i never have a wait! my first appt with him there was a 15min wait time. the monitoring hours are early in the morning so i'm able to go before work and i'm never waiting longer than a few mins.

Re: East Coast Fertility
I see Dr. Zapantis at ECF and I have never had a crazy wait time. My consults with him were on time and their monitoring hours start at 6:30am. I work in NYC and drive to Plainview for monitoring and head right to the train. I am at my desk by 8:30am. They are busy, but I think everything runs organized and efficiently.

Re: East Coast Fertility
I started at RS of NY (Mineola) and found it extremely busy and than switched RE's to LI IVF (Melville) and I found it to be much better. IMO LI IVF in general is run better than RS of NY.

Re: East Coast Fertility
I go to LI IVF and never have to really wait. Sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes or so for monitoring on the weekends, but that is because it is first come, first taken and I can never get out of bed, ha.
I think they are busy, but they are very organized and always running on time.

They are there 7 days a week and most holidays. You never know when you have to have an IUI or be monitored and it was nice to know that they were "always open"...early mornings and late evenings too.

You mean the Plainview office is open 7 days a week? Do they do all their labs in house?

Yes and Yes. They now have two Plainview offices. One office is strictly for surgical procedures. Monitoring is M-F 6:30-8. Procedures are done somewhere between 8-10 and then consults are usually done in the afternoon. Monitoring on Sat and Sun are from 7-8a with procedures done after 8. They do all the bloodwork and semen analysis onsite.

Re: East Coast Fertility
You mean they do monitoring from 6:30 am to 8:00 am or 8:30 am? I live in Rockville Centre so I'm questioning the distance in travel.

It is until 8am....at Plainview; if you are not planning on going to that office I would call the other facilities. Procedures, ie iui's till 8:30
