need help with drs note
Hi, I have two jobs. My second job is something I do because I love it, not because I need the hours/money necessarily, although it does help. But lately working after my full time job seems to be too hard. (18-19 weeks pregnant with some complications) I cut back my hours there and now only do a few hours on the weekend. Now, after learning more about possible complications, I want to limit my activity at my 2nd job as well as the hours I already cut, otherwise I'd be active for 4 straight hours. This is possible with the kind of work I do, just change of activity but now my supervisor is asking for a dr's note to 'help me better.' My doctor said decide what limitations I feel is appropriate and ask the office to write up the letter, he'll double check and complete it for me. He said he wants me to rest as much as possible, put feet up when felt necessary, no exercise. He said to put anything else I feel necessary.
I would like the following but not sure if its still too much or not enough?
-to work no more than 8 hours daily -to not walk more than 1 hour straight -to not stand more than 1 hour straight -to put feet up when felt necessary -no exercise
