Kegels
When did you start doing them? How many do you do?
For some reason I hate the way it feels to do them  but I already have a bad bladder so it's a must for me.

Started right away when I found out I was pregnant. I try to remember to do 3 sets of 15 a day. After I had my son, I started doing them again as soon as my hoo-ha area felt well enough again. This definitely helped it get back in shape more quickly.

Do them, and do them often. I'm so lucky, i've had 2 decently sized boys, both vaginally, and I still have awesome muscle strength and bladder control. Keep it up, ladies!

I didn't think you meant "freak" like that either! I know I squeeze sometimes during sex, TMI alert!, so doing it randomly as an exercise just feels yucky to me. But they must be done I guess

For the love of all things sacred including dry undies, DO YOUR KEGELS!
I did not do them like I should have and I almost peed my pants 3 times before I got the hang of emptying my bladder regularly post partum. I'm better now but with all the company I had, it was embarassing!

Ok good! Once I read your response I was like OMG maybe I shouldn't have used the word freak! Poor choice! I def think it's one of those things where you just gotta bite the bullet! It's worth a few minutes of feeling uncomfortable a couple times a day to spare the embarrassment of peeing yourself later on!
