Re: Spanx
i wouldn't do it -- Spanx is uncomfortable for me when I'm NOT pregnant -- could only imagine the blood flow restriction and discomfort I'd feel all night at 10weeks.

I agree. Now, I dont know whether you should or not but I wouldnt because I think it would be totally uncomfortable. Like the PP said, I have trouble getting into one when Im not pregnant, I cant imagine getting into one while pregnant.

Re: Spanx
I bought preggo spanx at Pea in a Pod for my shower...but I was 33w, I felt they smoothed me out but at 10w Im not sure they would do much as they are not as tight as spanx kwim? maybe try them on?

Re: Spanx
Spanx does make a maternity Spanx (I had a hard time finding them though) but they will probably be VERY loose on you! You can probably get a size or 2 larger than you would normally wear and be OK. If they are uncomfortable, just take them off!

I had these my 1st pregnancy...i was in love with them. they are just loose in the belly area...not loose just not tight if that makes any sense. in the legs they are still nice and tight and do what spanx are meant to do. i am only a little over 5 weeks and just busted out the old maternity spanx to wear to a wedding this weekend. i need it on my hips/butt/thighs to smooth me out but don't want it so tight on my belly...so that's why i wouldn't wear regular spanx...they hurt! but sizing they are true to size...just won't do a thing in the belly area as far as holding you in...but it fits normal on the thighs.

Re: Spanx
Thanks girls!! You're right, they're going to be too restricting. I'll try to find regular pantyhose with control top. Hopefully I can find ones that are cut off at the thighs like the spanx. I'll check out that target brand too!

Re: Spanx
I was a MOH In a wedding when I was around 8 weeks and I bought and wore Spanx. They were super comfortable and it has something that does not add pressure to your belly (pelvic area). I researched gallore and it was definitely safe to use.
