Who else has a case of drug-induced uglies?
I'm not even kidding.... these drugs are seriously getting me down.
I feel bloated..... My stomach is turning purple from all the bruises..... I feel like my face is becoming oddly mood shaped from the prednisone (although my dh thinks I'm crazy for thinking that!!  ) and I recently developed hair growth on my hands. I'm also extremely tired this week and I just can't shake it!!!!!!

The lovenox 2x a day is doing wonders for my stomach.  Good think I'm not a bikini wearer!  
Oh and the bloat is wonderful also! lol..

The lovenox 2x a day is doing wonders for my stomach. Good think I'm not a bikini wearer!
Oh and the bloat is wonderful also! lol..
Ohhh I will be joining you on the 2x a day most likely in a few weeks!! Linda said I could start using my thighs if I run out of space!! And I'm thinking..... what happens when I run out of space on BOTH?!

i looked pregnant before i was pregnant. im sooo bloated from the prednisone and i am having some crazy hair growth. although i think that's the pcos.

.. and I can totally relate to getting "the look" .. The day before my ER, my students were all blatantly starring at my stomach!!

You know how I feel about this prednisone!
I seriously can't look at myself in the mirror anymore. I get out of the shower and am HORRIFIED by what I see. Between the bruises on my pale stomach, the added FAT (no joke, about 15 lbs), bloated "moon face", chest acne ... OMG, I need to shut myself away from society for a while.
Thank goodness I have a big-a$$ MOON BOOT that I'm wearing due to my unexplained ankle issues - it actually takes attention away from my INSANE weight gain and ugliness!!!

No thanks. I've heard the thigh is ridiculously painful. I'd rather have bruises on bruises on bruises than do that! I had to give myself my first IM shot the weekend after my retrieval and I managed to do it but then got dizzy and felt SO sick. I told my DH NEVER again is he allowed to be gone overnight while I need to take these shots!

I just started yesterday on the 2x lovenox and I was horrified when I looked in the mirror today! I guess I'm lucky it's not large bruises but a lot of little ones...

 Pennycat, I had a real problem with lovenox in the stomach and switch to my thigh (with doctor OK) and found it much better.
