FYI- If you like Flylady but find her emails way too long...
Her FB page now has the routines and daily missions posted each day in the form of a note. I find it helpful to see in my news feed and it's a lot faster than scrolling through all the testimonials in the email (which I do enjoy but they can get very long!!).
Anyway, just thought I'd share because I know some of you ladies shared my issue with the emails- her FB notes are so much quicker to read!

Thats great. I never really got into it because I didn't want to go through all those e-mails.

Ok help me out b/c I am a moron on facebook. I went to the flylady page, but I cant figure out how to get her information-do i friend that page or join the group? I clicked on join but it brought me to a blank page and I didn't see a button to like her page.

I went through the link on flylady.net. Her page on face book is The FlyLady.
