it's only been a week since he lowered the price
he has had more people look at it-
his other place is paid for- and he has all the time in the world to sell this one- he is lucky

sold- for $521K
his agent said prices are dropping like crazy- and he didn't want to take the chance of them dropping any more
the same house sold last year for $600K no problem-
but he is happy it's gone- and he still made a good deal of money

 congrats to your Dad!! wow! I cannot believe his house sold for that price. crazy! 
he must be so relieved!

he is - he is eager to close this chapter
it's going be a little while until he closes- since they still have to sell there house
I am just shocked that he had to drop $80K to sell it- but I guess I shoul dbe happy since I want to buy in the next year
