DH is reading "The Expectant Father" and really likes it. I think he has last years edition though.

Thanks girls.
I was looking around on Amazon and I happened to like the reviews on those two books most so I ordered them for DH. He said he wanted a book to read last night so I figured I'd surprise him.

Daddy's Pregnant Too is great - my husband and I both read it and enjoyed it.

The Expectant Father
Same here, he seems to be enjoying it & he tells me stuff he learned from it
I've actually been reading parts myself too, I like it better than some others I've started

I got my DH the Dummies' Guide to Pregnancy for Dads. We get "Dummies" books for everything!
He's not really a "reader" but he read it cover to cover.
Recently, his own father got him this book and it's both hilarious and has REALLY good, practical solutions:
Be Prepared!

I just asked DH if he would read this if I bought it for him. He asked if its a big book with big words, then no.

Re: Good Books For The Dad To Be?
I tried the books with no luck. He is not a reader. My husband loved pregnancy videos though.. In the Womb and Pregnancy for Dummies he seemed to like best. I THINK it was "Life's greatest miracle" he fell asleep to .. and woke up to a real live vaginal birth (camera right there) which shocked him initially.. but then he replayed it a couple of times too .. the rest was too sciency for him. The womb and the dummies ones were pretty good.
