? for ladies that see an Ob practice group
does your practice make you rotate and see all the doctors in the group? up until my 12th week, i've only been seeing one ob. but for my 16th wk appointment, the front desk said i had to start seeing other dr's in the group! is that weird?

I have a group practice my 3rd appointment is tomorrow and I will see the my 3rd doctor of the practice.

That's standard for group practices. They want you to meet all is the doctors ahead is time because you don't know who will end up being on call the day you deliver. The less surprises, the better when it come to delivery!

Exactly.
I was worried I wouldn't like the other Drs. but I'm happy to say I really like them all and would have no problem with any of them delivering my

there are three doctors in my OB's practice and I've been required to see all three of them throughout my pregnancy

not weird at all. you don't know who will deliver you and you need to get to know all of them and them you. most practices do this.

normal. My practice has 4 drs and I had to see each one at some point during my pregnancy even though I had a primary dr there.
