Need your experience on these exterminators pleeeeease
We have a wasp nest inside our wall. I knew it was there last year, did nothing about it, and now this year I hear them tap tap tapping and I'm afraid they'll get through the sheetrock since it's the 2nd year and the hive has to be pretty big by now.
I've searched threads and wondered if anyone could give me your experience on service and/or price for these exterminators:
Innovative Termite & Pest Control
Arrow
Suburban
Terminex

Please also share on Kane Exterminating. The house I'm buying has a termite issue, so any experience would be greatly appreciated.

I've used suburban and it depend son the tech who comes out. I had a young guy who didn't know much once, but another time I had a great guy who gave me a ton of information, then ended up not charging me for anything.
We used Kane when we first moved in over 10 yrs ago. I just remember dealing with an incredibly rude girl on the phone. To the point where she basically hung up on me. I sent a letter to the owner and he took it very very seriously. Apparently she had been like that to a lot of ppl.

I've been using Arrow for termites and am pleased with the service. Installation and the techs who come back to inspect has been good so far.

used them and would recommend. Ended up being no problem, Kane was honest with us while others were not.

I was not impressed with suburban.
Neither were we. They didn't do a good job on our bees nests and ended up calling Arrow to come in and they dealt with the nests inside the house and we haven't had an issue since. I would highly recommend Arrow!
