Recipe help - Mahi Mahi
I am throwing together a last minute meal for DH (I am terrible at just throwing things together) and defrosted some Mahi Mahi. I need to flavor it with things I already have in the kitchen. I have tons of spices, butter, etc. Can someone give me a quick and easy recipe?
Thanks

Lemon, butter, oregano, basil, parsley.
Wrap filets in foil with all the above. Grill or place in oven for 10 mins or until fish is flaky.

Re: Recipe help - Mahi Mahi
I bread it with panko bread crumbs and macadamia nuts crushed and lightly brown it in a pan and bake it with a little butter... yum
