I'm going to a friend's house for dinner tomorrow so we're marinating the steaks in it (half the recipe), the other half you use for dipping. It's AMAZING with bread, but you also use it for dipping the steak  We just got back from Aruba and that was my first time trying it (with Argentine beef, too bad there's none of that here!).
