by train?
i just took the train there on thursday..i cam from queens if that help
it was two stops on the R train after the stop from penn..so if u r coming from the island and u can get off at MSG/penn then hop on the R..go past 28th street and get off at 23rd..i walked maybe 5 blocks and was there
it does not look like a medical lab..its one door next to like a bunch of bussinesses

I wish I could be more help here but I just put it in my GPS!! .. If nobody else here has driving directions, I suggest using google maps!!  Good luck tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just put it in my gps....you have to take the tunnel, and its not far from that at all....a few blocks

That sounds like it! Its 139 E 23rd....you can park in the front if you have an early enough appt
