Long Island Daylily Society is having a Daylily sale today at SUNY Farmingdale, starting at 11am.

If I had the presence of mind to check earlier, I would have been there! All my Daylilies are from them, they're about $5 each for the tubers. Plant them now, you'll have foliage by end of season and gorgeous flowers next summer.

They're very organized and usually have pictures of what the flowers will look like. Sometimes, I'd pick ones without pictures for a little bit of mystery. Makes it fun to see what they look like at bloom time!
