Our house is officially FSBO
We have finally decided that with the impending birth of our 3rd child, it's time to head east to suffolk county. I have family there and DH's parents just bought a house there that will be ready in a year so we are putting our house on the market.
FSBO for now and we will see how things go.
If anyone is interested in a GREAT home in Merrick, or knows anyone who is I posted it on the Real Estate Section...

That is a great price for that area - I am sure you will sell that house fast - Good Luck. I work in the school over there - Lakeside.
