Couldnt sleep last night

I've had so much pressure in my pelvis it was keeping me up last night. DH finally told me politely maybe it would do me some good to go in the other room for awhile (so he could get some sleep at 2 am). Went downstairs and tried sleeping on the couch but that is right in front of the dog's crate and i woke her up and she started banging around to come out, thinking it was morning already. then i heard DH slam the bedroom door, i guess the dog was making more noise than I was in our room. what am i going to do??? i would go sleep in our basement but we dont have a bathroom down there and i get up to go at least 1x an hour.

are you sleeping on your sides? I have found that sleeping on my sides is getting more difficult. I know sleep sitting up with one of those pillows that looks like a chair back. I can sleep a good 6 hours straight.

Is there a rocking chair set up in the nursery? What about the guest room? I also read to sleep with lots of pillows maybe that will help?

I had trouble last night too, but because I couldn't stop thinking about everything I have to do this week. Have you tried using pillows? I got the Boppy Pillow Cuddle Me and I love it.

Im having the same problem, I cant sleep at all at night, also my DH snores so he keeps me up.
I only have ac in the bedroom, so sleeping on my leather couches in this weather is NOT going to cut it
