experience with NSUH billing

I had a failed frozen cycle in oct and then a failed fresh cycle in January. I had a 10k max lifetime limit and was told I would use it up with the fresh and would have to pay perhaps $500-1000. Well it turns out is over 5k and they owe me 1.2k for freezing of embryos that never made it. Well I called for an itemized bill prior to paying and also for them to send me a refund. I've called 4 times and have not heard anything from them. Should I hound them or just wait and see. I have never gotten one bill from the office.
Sorry so long was hoping some of you had some advice.
PS I'm taking a need emotional break so i'm not going to the office
