We used coldwell banker - they were AWESOME. Easy to work with and fast!!! They will sell the loan off, but I'm glad I chose them after hearing how hard some banks can be.
My buyers used Key Bank and my friend is using Bank of America. They both had a lot of issues with the bank taking a long time to respond and to ask for additional documents - needless to say they aren't happy with their banks.

wells fargo. We used an INCREDIBLE mortgage broker. We used him for our condo and for our new home and he was beyond wonderful. We had no trouble with the mortgage process either time. Let me know if you want his info!
