Dress alterations
I need to get a bridesmaids dress altered somewhere. It needs to get take in a bunch and hemmed and I want cups sewn in also. Where can I go to do this? Any recommendations for somewhere in nassau? And how far ahead of the wedding should I go? Thanks!

If you go to your local dry cleaners they may have an alteration person there. I usually go 2-3 weeks before the event.

I have used maria's perfect fit on Willis ave in albertson
I wouldn't wait longer than two weeks before wedding. Just in case you need two fittings.

Agree with Maria's Perfect Fit (I believe its Williston Park) across from National Jean Company...I get pants hemmed there all the time and got a Bridesmaid dress done in January as did the rest of the bridal party.
