Girls 34 weeks and up.....vent
Do you find that your energy level disappeared? I wake up with a list of things to do and after the first thing is done, I am exhausted, tired, and out of breath. I am a teacher so I have off for the summer. I just feel so guilty sitting home laying around (even though I watch DS who is 16 months) while DH works 10 hour days out in the sun. I seriously have zero energy left and a million things still need to be done

I'm 34 weeks on Saturday and felt like someone drained the life out of me yesterday. I work full time in the city and DS is almost 3. I feel so guilty that our quality time now basically only consists of snuggling in bed before his nap and before bedtime. I actually managed to read him a few books last night!

Re: Girls 34 weeks and up.....vent
Sooo exhausted...and I have huge lists of things to do. I've actually lately been able to get a lot done because I have a burst of energy at times (NESTING I believe). I'll be 36 weeks Thursday....so relax now..try to do one or two things on your list a day...and you might get a burst of energy here or there. I get them at the weirdest times, but I jump on that opportunity to get stuff done!

Funny you posted this.. i've been really ok the entire time, not getting too tired and having decent energy
i hit 34 weeks this weekend and since then have just been exhausted - i feel like just walking takes all my energy now!
guess we should get used to it and take advantage of the any bursts of energy

Oh yes, definitely. I wake up at 9, eat, check my email/read the paper, nap till 1... Then I'm sluggish for quite sometime. In the evening I'll get a burst of energy and try to get things done then. Thank god it's just me and DH - I don't know how I'm going to do it the second time around!

yes! although this week (38/39) I have had more energy than the last 6 weeks. I still get out of breath, but I have been able to do much more.

I am exhausted too. I started taking naps again a couple of weeks ago and I am 38 weeks.
