Hungry Girl - show on FoodNetwork
She has some awesome low-fat/low calorie recipes!!! I caught her show last week and made the banana split sundae pie - it was great! I served it Saturday night for company and they went crazy for it - then I told them how low-cal it was and they couldn't believe it! Hungry Girl - banana split pie

She really does have great swaps for 'bad' foods. You should sign up for her daily email...you'll get recipes, info on new products, coupons...she's really great. My only gripe about her is that she does tend to use a lot of processed products...BUT there are definitely recipes that don't call for stuff like that, if you try to stay away from processed foods.
A recipe that I learned from her that DH and I love is baked butternut squash fries or baked polenta fries, smothered in vegetarian chili.
She's so cute, too. I love watching her. :)

This is my gripe as well. But she is getting better and is now discussing more natural and organic products.

Yes, I've seen a bit of a change in her recipes and products she mentions in her e-mails, which is really cool. She's definitely listening to her audience!

I'll have to watch out for the processed stuff, I didn't notice b/c I only caught the one show and made the ice cream pie for dessert for company on Saturday.

Yes this is my issue as well. So much fat free stuff which is all chemicals, etc. They do have some great ideas too though I always liked the website.
