Waiting but now disappointed
I was on Lupron since July 16th. Began Bravelle and Menopur on August 5th . Went to the doctor this morning an my Follicles were looking great meausuring and was told possible retrieval Wednesday. Got a call from the RE stating I began ovulation already (prematurely) and this happens 1 in 500. Will follow up with RE on Friday to figure out my next cycle and which meds might be best. Upset, disappointed, wondering.

I am sorry . I was actullay put on some meds during my cycle to stop the ovulation...maybe they can do that this time?

 I'm so sorry, I can definitely relate to being the odd ball!!
Chance of what happened to my first pregnancy: 1 in 15,000. It happened to my baby.
Chance of identical twins during IVF: 2 %. It happened to me.
Chance of a loss from SCH: 1-3% of pregnancies. I lost all three of my triplets.
If it helps at all, maybe you can think of this as a learning experience for your dr to alter the protocol next time!!
