Keuring isn't working- any ideas?
My keuring just stopped working! I put in the kcup, push down the lid and i hit brew. It says "brewing" but nothing comes out! I tried turning it on and off, unplugging it, using a different kcup but nothing. I JUST descaled it about 2 months ago.
Any ideas?

Maybe clogged? Try and run just the water thru. no K Cup.

Mine was not working a few weeks ago. I followed the instructions in the manual to clean out the inside with a paperclip. It has worked fine since then. Maybe try that?

That happened to mine too!
I tried everything...paperclip cleaning too!
I called the company and told them the problem. They had me do some troubleshooting things on the phone with them and when that didn't work they told me they would send me a new one...free of charge!
Once I received the new one, I had to send back the k-cup holder from my old machine in a pre-paid package that was sent with the new machine.

SO funny bc mine is in MY GARAGE bc about a week ago it had an rubber burning smell coming from it and I was scared it was going to go on fire!! I have to call them

. Same. But I don't have a spare one and I had to pay to ship back the kcup. But I called once on saturday and and they walked me through the troubleshooting, seemed to work fine. Next day, same problem. When I called they told me right away I'd get a new one. I used the broken one in the meantime. It sucked but I needs my coffee.  . I had a brand new one by thursday. They are the nicest company, excellent customer service.

PS - the guy at keurig explained that descaling can sometimes bring problems to the surface. I descaled mine on friday or thursday and had problems on saturday.

We had the same thing happen (unexplained not working, tried the tricks, they sent us a new one) a few months ago. One thing they told us is that if you take the water container out to fill it and then put it back in it can cause problems with the machine. Instead they suggested we leave the water container where it is and fill it using a pitcher or a large measuring cup. Something about it keeps the suction correct. We've been doing that since we got the new one and no problems!
