What's your favorite cereal?
and if it's hot, how do you like it?
Fave cold:(I go through stages)
-Frosted Flakes
-Captain Crunch w/ berries
-Shredded mini wheats (TJ brand especially)
-Raisin Bran Crunch
Hot:
Cream of wheat with brown sugar
Steel cut oatmeal with a splash of milk and sugar
Can you tell I have a sweet tooth!

Fiber One Raisin Bran
Fiber One Cinnamon Rings
Favorite Hot:
this is weird.. I like Quinoa with a splash of warmed cream, a little brown sugar and some fresh blueberries. It's just delicious to me. Rob won't touch it unless I make it savory and for dinner.. but I think it's awesome for breakfast!

We have 3 staples in my house. Rice krispies, Cheerios (and I recently found it with granola - yummy), and Frosted Flakes
I read in a weekly reader ( at school/work) that the "healthiest" sugar cereal was frosted flakes and the worst was cap'n crunch. So I'm glad I can keep my frosted flakes.
When I'm trying to be good, I do like Fiber One and Special K.
