How long after Ovridel do you O?

How long after Ovridel do you O?

Im sure this has been asked before but how long after the ovridel shot do you normally O?
I keep reading 24-36 hrs but im schedueld for iui less than 12 hrs after the shot.

24-36 is correct. the first IUI is to get the swimmers in place. many REs do a second IUI 36 hours after trigger to try and catch the egg. the second one is more important than the first one but either one can do the job. if you are only have one def BD around 36 hours after trigger.
