Snugride22 v Snugride30
Im letting the poll decide!
Which did /do you use and are you happy with your choice?
Also- Does anyone know the difference between the snugride22 platinum which is 139.99 and the other snugride 22 which are only 89.99?

I registered for the snugride 22. BTDT told me that once they are more than 22 pds they have outgrown the seat bc it is just too heavy.

The 22 and 30 are both great seats. You cannot go wrong with either. The main complaint with parents is the weight of the seat carrying a heavier baby - as a result the carrier is changed over to a convertable seat.
I only suggest the 30 because it is a lighter seat then the 32 and 35 but can, if a parent chooses, be used beyond the 8/9 months of normal use.
The diference between the Platinum and not is the pattern, and it comes with an additional hood over the top of the seat. The pattern is considered a more upscale look. Save the money.

Although it's a more upscale look in the store, the Platinum gets dirty and grungy looking pretty quickly when you are using it.
