Oil Burner/Boiler cost?

Does anyone know what the range is for a new Oil Burner/Boiler?

We were quoted around 5k, still haven't gotten around to doing it yet though.

that sounds about right.
Also, when getting the new boiler... if you are using oil now and may want to convert to natural gas at some point, you will have to get A NEW BOILER AGAIN.

So keep that in mind.
They have boilers that can be oil or gas. They are a little more expensive, but in the end you save on not having to get a new one again.

FYI they also suggested getting a new oil tank which is another 1k, because build up can get in there and ruin the new boiler. We are probably gonna do this project next year unless ours breaks soon.
