What day
should I do Intralipids?
I have monitoring tomorrow and may trigger at the Dr.'s office. I assume Saturday will be a 24 IUI, not B2B because obviously Sunday is closed.
So I am on the phone with Trinity and they are saying they think O day (Saturday) is a good day for me to do the Intralipids, I called Dr. B but the receptionist has to get back to me with an answer from the nurses.
Dr. B mentioned it can be before implantation, but I really want to book this because I would love it to be Saturday and not interfere with work.
Does anyone know?
And yay insurance accepts Intralipids!

I went Monday, they told me to trigger that night, IUIs Tue and Wed. They said I could do the intralipids any day that week. I have it scheduled for tonight. Any time before implantation, which can be 5-7 DPO. GL

I am curious if I will be hungry after, if the nurse hangs with me for 2 hours, and also they said they're sending me a special medicine kit in case I go into shock!

I got a huge package yesterday! I didnt go through it cuz honestly, I cant deal with all this shitt anymore!
I will update you tonight on how it goes. I think its fine if you do it the same day but email the doc just to be sure! Whats a 24 hour IUI?

With a B2B IUI you trigger 12 hours before the IUI. So tonight at 11pm for an 11am appt tomorrow, then a follow up the next day.
When it falls on a Saturday (or some Dr. just do the IUI one time), you trigger 24 hours before. So Friday at 11:30am and then go in for my IUI Saturday at 11:30 am.
I think you do it like this because it is a one shot deal and that is the best timing to catch an egg. DH and I will BD probably late Saturday night or early Sunday am to just make sure.
Normally I do B2B but this is the second time my cycle is falling over the weekend.
Thanks I look forward to your FM, it's ridiculous my biggest stressor is the nurse hanging with me for 2 hours!

i always did it prior to O or ER. it doesnt matter what day specifically because its effective for about 4 weeks from what i remember.
