feeling supersticious - why can't I relax?
I am almost 16weeks pregnant and my sister has told me that she has begun to plan my baby shower. She is currently 27 weeks and wants to have all of the planning done before her little one arrives.
I just feel like what if she puts a deposit on a restuarant and then something happens to the baby and I have to terminate the pregnancy. I have had two m/c prior to this pregnancy (this is the furthest I have ever gotten), I have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong other than me being neurotic.
Please help me calm down.
I hope you ladies don't mind me posting here. . . still not comfortable posting on the PG board.

I'm in the same exact situation. 16 weeks andy mom just booked my shower. I am terrified from previous losses andI have never been this far, and worried all the time. I think it's natural ( or we are just nuts) lol. I worry everyday about something, it's exhausting :(

You have no idea how much better I feel knowing that I am not alone.
I also get nuts between doctors appointments after being spoiled at the beginning seeing RE every week for a sono, and now having to wait almost 4 weeks for my next appt. Fortunately I have a sono scheduled for this Friday and then I should calm down, til the next appointment.

All you can do is hope for the best and have faith that everything will be fine!! I'm sure faith is what helped you get this far in the first place!!
