Keratin Straightening Help me please!
I just wanted the frizz out, but apparently the man didn't understand me so now I am stuck with pin straight hair & I don't like it!!! I want my hair back. Anyone have any tips to get my hair back to normal?

How long ago did you have it done? It only makes your hair pin straight til you wash it. If you don't like it just use a regular shampoo with sulfates and it might make it wear off faster.

SODIUM not SULFATES... sulfates do nothing

Yes! Sulfates have nothing to do with the keratin. Even my hairdresser didn't know this. If you use a color-safe sulfate-free shampoo, most of them are sodium-free as well. If you want to wash the keratin out, the best advice I got was to put actual table salt into Prell shampoo, the keratin will come out faster.
My hair was also very straight at first. After a few washes, the curls came back slightly, but not 100% until the keratin washed out in 3-4 months.

I had it done about 4 weeks ago. I have had keratin done before which took the frizz out, but this apparently was something stronger. I will try the prell with talble salt. Thanks for your suggestions.

Where did you have it done? Sadly mine only stayed pin straight for 1 wash and I loved it!
Just keep washing it and eventually it should come out!

I had it done in Whitestone where I live. It cost me about $120. My sister is in Europe & had it done at the same place & she lovessss it. She says she doesn't even need to blow dry it. I guess I just am not used to it being plastered to my head. I have thick wavy hair right above my shoulders. Let me know if you want the name & number of the place.
