Travel Agent for Spain Trip?

Can anyone recommend a good travel agent to help me plan a trip to Spain next April? Also; if anyone has used a travel agent recently do they still allow for payment plans or do we need to pay for everything up front?

If you don’t have a TA recommendation-can anyone suggest where to stay for 6 nights in Barcelona? (Going last week in April 2012)

We used Liberty Travel in Levittown for our Honeymoon to Spain, but that was a long time ago. I will say that we were bumped by one of our hotels (on Menorca - it was August, so they give preference to Spanish residents - too bad, since DH's uncle worked there when it opened and DH is Spanish - just not a resident) and the entire office went so above and beyond finding us a new place.

In Barcelona, we stayed at the Ritz. The breakfast was fantastic! (which was included at the time) The staff was super nice and the chef actually recognized us on the street and asked us if he could help us with anything. It was a bit from Las Ramblas though. But I always like walking.
