I got my immune testing back!
So overall Dr. B says there isn't that much that is signifigant. He said I have slight NK cells something where 15 and below is normal and I am 24. Also MTFHR but it was borderline and one that isn't a big deal?
Basically he explained it that many people who never have fertility issues may have these numbers and never know it because they get pregnant easily.
Also I am hearing for the first time that my FSH level is 9.3 and that anything over 10 becomes high. So he is thinking I may have a slight egg quality issue and it is a matter of getting the right one to come along.
So I am starting to take a prescription vitamin Met - something (I forgot and have to go pick it up). Also some supplements; Royal Jelly, Greens plus, Pycnogentol (pine bark extract), Resvenetrol, and Melatonin.
Since I am CD3 I am starting the Femara and the gonal-f tonight and am doing my 5th IUI, but second injectable cycle. Also I am probably going to do some Intralipids because they reduce NK activity.
I feel a little better because he was so positive. He said Lovenox would be too aggressive for now so I am thrilled I don't need that one.
If anyone has any advice or opinions I would appreciate, especially on the Intralipids because it sounds disgusting!

I have the royal jelly and Max greens if You want them. I had just started taking them when I got PG on my own. Botlles are open but almost full and one bottle of Max greens is unopened. GL

I had several intralipids infusions, it's really not a big deal. The nurse will hook you up to the IV and you wait. It usually takes about 2 hours. I never had any side effects from it and always felt just fine afterwards. Good luck!

Re: I got my immune testing back!
My fsh was elevated to at a 9.6. I did a lot of reading on it. I got pregnant on my 2nd injectable where I produced 5! I was so upset about the fsh but anything under 10 is ok and mine went to a 8 with zero caffeine and acupuncture! I hope you get your bfp this month! I have a good feeling ;)

MCD0524 - You know I am still holding out and not getting upset until October!
Alli - Thank you so much for offering but I bought everything like 5 minutes after my appointment. Fyi - the Greens plus made me almost throw up, it was just too much, I may have to switch to the pills.
I already take wheatgrass juice anyway, no caffeine (except chocolate obviously), and yes acupuncture since October.
So I was told with Interlipids if insurance doesn't cover it Linda would come to my house and administer it. Does this mean she hangs out there for 2 hours with me? Do we watch a movie together or chat?
I feel good that I have some answers, I am so glad that panel nis done.

Yes it is metnax, I picked it up last night. I think he said I have one copy, and it was borderline and not a big deal, but then of course I google.

Re: I got my immune testing back!
From what I read, normal people have up to 29 NK, but for IF, they consider over 15 to be elevated. Did they put you on prednisone?
I had 30 NK and I'm on prednisone, intralipids.
Then for minor clotting I'm on baby asprin and metnax (neurpath-b actually which is the same thing and is vit b 12, 6 and fiolic acid). Then they recently put me on lovenox for the immune stuff. I think at this point they arr just throwing crap at me and hoping it works

Dr. B said he thought Lovenox and prednisone were too agressive for now. Although I am all for it all at this point.
I am on baby asprin too.
He seems to think it may be a slight egg quality issue which is why it is taking so long. If I am not pregnant by December then when I switch insurance I am doing IVF and according to Dr. B if I am not pregnant by then he is retiring!
