I feel your pain!! Try witch hazel pads- they worked great for me after I delivered my son!

Re: oh my! what do i do? TMI
Ugh that sucks. I had a really really bad one that I had to see a specialist for. I won't go into all those details, but FM me if you need them.
You can use witch hazel on cotton ball ... Or tucks / prep H have wipes that are presoaked with witch hazel
Your OB might be able prescribe a corticosteroid cream, mine was. Unfortunately mine was too bad, so the cream didn't help.
Feel better!

Re: oh my! what do i do? TMI
oh my god, i know your pain! I have 2 of them and they are both grade 4, it's the reason I had a c-section with DD. It flared with this pregnancy at 30 weeks horribly and they are flared again now even without straining while going to the bathroom. Preperation H medicated wipes and Preperation H cream are my best friend but I recommend wearing a panty liner or something with it because that cream moves all around after you put it on. I cannot wait to get them removed later this year!
Feel better!

You can use Prep H or witch hazel pads. Also, some vaseline on the "area" before you go to the bathroom can make it a little less painful when that happens.
Although you're not going to want to feel like it, it's really important to "keep things moving" in that area... keep eating fiber and drinking lots of fluids. You're less likely to get hemmorhoids if you're "regular."
Feel better!

Re: oh my! what do i do? TMI
Yes, ITA about keeping things moving. Colace helps. I take Colace and also Senekot as per my OB. And eat prunes too. Milk of Magnesia too, but only if you haven't gone in a day or two.
The idea of Colace kinda scared me at first but it doesnt make you go, it just makes it easier to go.
Another thing you can try is a Sitz Bath. Its a plastic thing you put on your toilet to soak in for a few minutes. You can add Epsom Salt to it.
Man, I really never wanted to know so much about treatments for this! LOl

DUBICANE!!!!!! Ask the pharmacist. You do not need a prescription That was what I used for DC#1
I feel your pain! Do not sit on a donut pillow. Just use a regular pillow to sit on
I hope it goes away soon!
