My Coach Bag broke :( It is 2 1/2 yrs old, arent't they supposed be lifetime?
Wondering if I should contact Coach and see if they will repair or replace it?

Yes, definitely. I sent mine in and unfortunately they could not fix it. They did gave me a 40% coupon for a new bag. I then took my bag to a shoemaker and got it fixed for $10.

Bring it into the store! I had a zipper break on a bag and when they couldn't fix it, they sent me a brand new one! (same bag--apparently they said it was a defect in the zipper)

Take it back! This happened to my sister and at first they put up a fight but then she demanded they give her a new one and they did. I wouldn't take no for an answer. GL

Definitely bring it back. I had a problem with a wristlet a couple of years ago, they couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one.

def take it back my DD had a clip break on a bag took it to a store they took it, fixed it and sent it back no cost at all and didn't need receipt or anything.

I just took my 5yo diaper bag in because the outside pocket ripped from the outside of the bag. They couldn't fix it but they sent my bag back with a 40% off coupon for an item of my choice.
I might get a tailor to sew the pocket back in. It was attached by a leather strip but I think they can use something else to mend it.
