Hey ladies, I am 38 weeks and 1cm 50% effaced. After my last internal dr said I may lose my mucous plug. That night had cramping and dark spotting and tissue-like pieces coming out. Still coming after 4 days and dark blood-like stuff too. Sorry TMI but did I lose my mucous plug? Hope baby comes soon! TIA Chat Icon
