Have you girls heard the commercials
for the "HCG 5000" diet on the radio!?
Can you believe that women (and MEN) are willingly injecting themselves with pregnancy hormones in order to drop a few pounds?
I find this insane for some reason and every time I hear the commercial, I am astounded all over again - that people would inject themselves with HORMONES as opposed to going to the gym and watching what they eat. 
I do it because I want a baby more than anything else in this world. I don't know that I would do it for any other reason!

yeah...the doseage is not what we take people I work with are on it...My DH needs it badly and doesnt have any cause he cant get an appt with his specialty doctor till next month...and by then its too late. Im 2 weeks away from my ET!!

i havent hear that but omg
i did watch the first episode of celebrity rehab and one of the guys was listin all the drugs he took and letrozole was one (femara)... you'd think i'd be super muscle man by now but no- just flabby.

Is it really some kind of like - miracle weight loss tool? Are your coworkers doing well on it?
I am a little chubby - always have been. But I'd never go that route to inject myself with hormones. . .I don't know. Maybe if it really helps people who struggle with weight, I should keep quiet because it has potential to be a good thing - it just seems crazy to me!!!

Sigh. And do you try to justify the weight gain by just saying "hopefully I'll be pregnant soon anyway and I can worry about it after I have the baby"  I can't decide if I'm optimistic or lazy! (or both?)

This is the reason I haven't been to the gym since October
Maybe that's where our next GTG should be!!

I heard the diet consits of 500 calories a day or something dumb like that along with HCG shots. Um, which do YOU think is making you lose weight Einstein?

Manny Ramirez (at the time on the LA Dodgers) was suspended from baseball because HCG showed up in his drug test.
Had no idea athletes were taking it to skirt the rules till he got busted.
