We don't eat hear everyday so it's always set up like this. We eat at our kitchen island.

This is mine, but I have the Java finish. It is the Basque from crate and barrel and comes in 3 sizes. I have it in 104"

I have a Canadel set. We wanted something a little less formal since we don't have an EIK and use our dining room for some family meals.
Here it is with tablecloth and set up for company. The table top is the same as the chairs, a light wood that the frame. But for everyday use, I do use a tablecloth because of the kids.
