About the cost to Beaches Turks and Caicos
From what I'm seeing for other Caribbean locations, the price for the Beaches is actually not too bad. Since it includes EVERYTHING it really seems ok. I WISH we had the money for it for next Fall, but we don't, lol. At least not now anyway.
Considering we're a family of 5 and meals alone are expensive on vacation no matter where you go and we don't get to eat good food. It also incl drinks/alcohol and transfers to/from the airport and the childcare/kids clubs are included at no extra costs, the water sports, golf, etc. It honestly is a good deal when you add up all the extra expenses you could have on a caribbean vacation.
Yes, this is more affordable for a smaller family , hopefully we'll be able to afford it in the future. I really look forward to going there! It looks like so much fun and yet romantic all at the same time.

I hope you can go soon! Maybe you can win the powerball and go in the fall We actually booked a new years trip this year at Beaches Turks & Caicos and even though it is a lot more expensive than a regular hotel, when you factor in the extras, it turns out to be very reasonable! Not many people agree with us though

Re: About the cost to Beaches Turks and Caicos
Went to beaches t&c 3 years ago for a friends wedding. It was definitely expensive for DH&myself. We only stayed 4 nights and that still cost us $3k (for the 2 of us). But was it really worth it? Good question ...we had a great time, great food, great drinks and great company. We don’t have kids so didn't use the child care and found the resort lacked night life (but it was ok ) but the staff go above &beyond for all the guests and really make sure you enjoy your vacation! And the pizza was AMAZING!!!
I thought I saw a promo recently for free night, kids stay free AND free companion flight. So you might be able to find a good deal there. GL

Re: About the cost to Beaches Turks and Caicos
I would look into the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real in the DR. There are a ton of kid activities and it's all suites so the rooms are really spacious. We just went last May and we got the Family Concierge and it was awesome. It was a lot cheaper than Beaches, and just so you know, I have been pricing out beaches and if you have a family of 5, they make you get a 2 bedroom suite. regular rooms weren't even showing as an option so for a week next May it would be $8500 before airfare.
