Re: Should I get.......
I had one but it just got too bulky to carry everything around. So what I got instead is this compartment thing made by The First years from target where you put the formula in there -- keep it in the diaper bag, and when you go out just bring a bottle with water and you can add the formula powder to it as needed.
The thermal totes usually only keep it for about 2 hours so it doesn't work for all trips anyway.

Re: Should I get.......
I have one and I use it once in awhile when taking a longer ride somewhere because I use RTF formula. I out the ice pack thingys in there with 2 or 3 bottles. I dont have a thermal tote made especially for bottles - its one shaped like a lunch bag that I had.

Re: Should I get.......
I use one all the time but it is not specifically for bottles, but for lunches (I think).

Re: Should I get.......
I have 2 (different sizes). I have found them useful. Also, the diaper bag I got from the OB's office has an insulated compartment in it which I have found very helpful. It keeps bottles cold for up to 12 hours.
