We live in lake ronkonkoma. We like it. Close to all, nice town feel. Good schools. This house will not be outr forever home, nor will the town but not due to anything wrong with the town. i ultimately want to be in Sayville, Bayport area and dh wants Nassau. Nice parks, tons of food, pizza, clothing stores. 5-10min to LIE. There is crime everywhere. The dude who robbed the CVS a few weeks ago, lived on the next block from me. But crime happens everywhere. FM Bops, she has lived here for over 20 yrs I think. She was helpful to me when we were moving. Good luck with the move and new baby.
